Customer Grievances Mechanism of FFPL

As a customer of FFPL, if you have any query, request or compliant, we will be happy to help you. All our branch staff are well trained at handling customer complaints and to provide on-spot resolution. Customers are also free to directly contact our customer helpline number.

What to do in case of a compliant:

Option-1.

Call the Branch Manager or visit the branch or inform the CRO about the complaint/inquiry/concern and register it in the branch complaint register.

Option-2.

If you are not satisfied with the response from branch team or if you want to directly register your complaint at the HO, register your complaint with the customer grievance officer between 10am to 6pm on all working days.

  • If complaint is not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, the customer may lodge the complaint with MFIN at 18002700317.
  • If still, satisfactory resolution is not received within a month, customer may contact the concerned regional RBI office.
