As a customer of FFPL, if you have any query, request or compliant, we will be happy to help you. All our branch staff are well trained at handling customer complaints and to provide on-spot resolution. Customers are also free to directly contact our customer helpline number.
Call the Branch Manager or visit the branch or inform the CRO about the complaint/inquiry/concern and register it in the branch complaint register.
If you are not satisfied with the response from branch team or if you want to directly register your complaint at the HO, register your complaint with the customer grievance officer between 10am to 6pm on all working days.
