JLG Loans
JLG Loans are given to the underserved rural and semi urban women who are engaged in small scale income generation activities. The loans are given to customers who are part of a joint liability group and with annual household incomes of less than Rs. 1,00,000 (rural) and Rs. 1,60,000 (urban). For JLG loans FFPL operates as a lender itself and also as a service provider to other funders.
Loan Product Details:
Loan Amount Rs.10,000 to Rs.60,000
- Loan Processing Fees: 1% of loan amount + GST
- Insurance premium (credit life insurance) : upto 1% of loan amount;
- Interest Rate 23.5% on reducing balance.
- Loan tenure: 39 or 52 fortnightly installments
MSME Loans
MSME loans are targeted at the segment of small-scale businesses in the trading, manufacturing and service sectors that remains underserved by the mainstream financial services industry owing to their lack of documented income and business transactions proof. FFPL aims to provide credit in a cost effective manner to such MSMEs to help them grow their businesses. All processes and documentation are designed to prioritize customer convenience and doorstep-delivery.
Brief details of the product:
Loan Amount Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.15,00,000
- Tenure: 2 years to 10 years, Interest Rate (on reducing balance): 20% to 30%
IML Loans
These loans are targeted at small shop and business owners in the vicinity of our branches. FFPL aims to provide credit support to such entrepreneurs to help them scale up their businesses. All processes and documentation are designed to prioritize customer convenience and doorstep-delivery.
Brief details of the product:
Loan Amount Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,00,000
- Tenure: 1 years to 2 years, Interest Rate (on reducing balance): 30% to 36%,
- Loan Processing Fee 2.5% of loan amount (plus GST), Stamp duty charges are according to requirements of the state.
